Taking your money that you won☹️☹️

Please don't play here as me and my husband played regularly last week Wednesday I got free spins and gave my phone to him to play he won R1100 and payd half into my account and tried to pay other half into his account they blocked his account and said he have multiple accounts and blocked his account without paying him his money. To me that is theft. He contacted them and all they said is they don't allow multiple accounts my initials are J and his is Pd how is that multiple accounts? Be aware please I am going to close my account with them too I'll never play with them again. Ever.
