The worste service ever, total lack of professionalism or honesty. I took my PS Vita and PS3 console to them for repairs, after battling for two weeks to get a quotation, I finally recieved a quotation via sms. From the two quotations received I excepted one for they PS3 and chose not to repair the PS Vita, more than a week later I received another text stating that the PS Vita is read for collection (which I chose not to repair), when I got the shop no repairs have been done and I had to battle and argue with staff to return my property. Further more all the positive reviews posted by "clients" are actually false and posted by themselves, as proven by one of the "clients" posting that my statement was false, when the only people present during our incident was the store staff and myself.
