These guys are a bunch of ******. Handed my PS4 in for an insurance report. Battled a week to get the machine back as well as the report. Found out they switched my 1TB HDD for a 80GB piece of trash HDD. Do not let them near your equipment!

first of all 80GB it is absolute and we are not going to achieve anything by taking your HDD, we have plenty HDD in stock to cover 1000 clients.
