Not even one star
Pathetic! I took in an Xbox for repairs 4 /10/2019 and was promised a quote within 2 days. 4 phone calls later still no quote. I went to the store on 21/10 to collect the unit and was told that it was disassembled and that the issue would be resolved on 25/10. Still no contact. On 26/10 they refused to return the unit saying that I needed to return at a later stage since the unit was still not assembled.

28 Oct 2019, 18:27the service manger (Tony) have spoken to Mr Ferdi (Piet H) on 23/10/2019 and he explained to him thoroughly the status of the XboxOne-S and he also provided some technical explanation for him to understand the Xbox motherboard is uneconomical to repair and Mr Ferdi asked him to try one more time.
