Never us PLAY-IT Future Gaming Simplified in Ferndale

Do yourself a favour & never buy or fix anything at PLAY-IT Future Gaming Simplified. Its the cell phone & gaming store in Ferndale Village shopping centre. What a terrible experience! If i would give a zero rating I could! I left my phone with in perfect condition to get the battery changed & they kept it for over a week, even though I was told it would take one or two days. Each time the owner said he would call me but never did. I was the one calling the shop for feedback every time. When I eventually do get my phone back the screen looks like it has water damage & they tell me it's because they had to remove the screen to fix the battery . They also removed my tempered glass without my permission & refused to replace it. I also had bought a SD card from them for my other phone when i dropped my phone off & the SD card is also a dud and is actually slowing down my phone. I had to call the police for them to replace my tempered glass and still had to pay for it.
