If you value your money and time, don't repair with them

Update: upon further investigation it was found that the xbox was in fact working but only at 1080p, the TV I have is 4K and showing blank.

Brought my xbox one s with a faulty HDMI 4 days later I am told that the xbox is fixed and I can come and take it back. I take it and then go home with it.

I get home and I find it not working, so I blame my old HDMI cable bought another one and the problem is still there.

I then blame the TV, tried it on another TV. Still no picture.

I return the console to them and they take it.

A few days later I am told that the console has been looked at and is ready to be picked up. So I go pick it up.

Upon picking it up I am told that no fault was found and it was working. I ask them to test it for me so I can prove that it works, the lady doesn't want to help me as there is not even a single monitor or TV with an HDMI, WE THEN GET INTO AN ARGUMENT FOR A LONG WHILE, then I asked her to get an HDMI to VGA so we can test with the monitors they have there on the store.

The XBOX doesn't show anything on the monitor, she then takes a PS4 to prove that the connection works, doesn't work for some time.

Then I take my laptop to do the same as I am sure my laptop works. The laptop works.

After that she takes a PS4 and a PS4 slim to test the connection. And it works.

Whufh leads us to conclude that the xbox is not working.

Word of advice. If you want your Xbox fixed go to someone else.

You will be driving up and down to collect an Xbox that's not working
