Death threats from Console fixers

Warning!!! Play-IT game fixers in Ferndale Village Centre had my PS3 in for repairs 3 times over a two month period. Recently they had it for 3 weeks with zero communication and no quote given. After many calls and emails they couldn't say what was wrong with it. I made a call to their service manager Tony who became rude and insulting when I complained about the lack of service. Tony began to swear and threaten to kill me and my family and and. It was disgusting and I complained to the centre manager who did nothing. We have taken consoles to Play-IT for many years but after that I'm done with them. The one guy who works in the store apologized for Tony's behavior and returned my console unfixed. Awful !!!
