No refund for faulty goods

I bought a usb from Playground Cresta. I threw away the packaging but I have the slip. The usb does not work and is faulty! When I contacted Playground they ignored my multiple emails. When I threatened to review them on Hello Peter they rep**** that they will have a look only if I have the packaging. They basically sold me faulty goods and will not refund me the money thereby *****ing from me. They know they are wrong by ignoring me. I find this behaviour disgusting and basically means their goods are inferior.
