Play is truly a waste

Got a R100 free voucher ,it then disappeared, try contacting support but no help..later deposited R100 then couldn't play with it, tried support again no luck. When i finally could play with my deposited money glitches over and over and over. That's the one thing I've always complained about but still the problem is there. They would blame it on my network or whatever browser im using but what if everyone is getting the same problem then what will you blame it on. They would tell you to user chrome and on incognito. Tried that and got the same c**p. Always something with this guys. Oh and there is this lady by the name Anna van Wyk, whenever i reach their support and its here somehow i wont get any help at all.
