Play has to improve

I am a regular player at play and have a few withdrawals which i wont even call wins. I am still not happy with the unstable games at play, how they would hook /freeze now and then and i have reported this to them a few times and still no change. All i get from them is that my network is the problem and i don't buy that because i have used different connections but still get the same result. If you play and win something from them, all plays after wont be enjoyable because that is when you will experience the unstable games. Its as if they want all that money you won back and will do everything to get it back. Not to mention how rude their support agents are. Don't get me wrong i love play.co.za but this lil problems are what gets me to write such reviews. They need to fix that because i am sure most of people with bad reviews about them isn't because they rigged their games but it seems like it because of the unstable games. I am sure no one would want to see a pause on play on a winning screen then next thing it resumes and stops on a losing screen.
