I am extremely disappointed with Play.co.za. They refuse to pay out winnings, claiming invalidity, despite the fact that we deposited funds and redeemed valid bonuses. The winnings we withdrew included the money we deposited, so their refusal to pay is unacceptable.

What about the players who lost money while playing? This company seems to take no accountability for its errors and instead shifts the blame onto its players. If they don’t resolve this issue promptly
