I cant widraw my money

I have won and when its time to widraw it went through and got the message that it will be process during weekdays as it was a holiday so i wont be process..ok i waited until monday . Around 11 am got message that my widrawal its rejected reason have to upload my documents. Ok when trying to upload my documents the icon for uploading isn't opening tried to contact them through customer care but no help again so im not happy at all about this app ..we cant deposit and win while we cant widraw again this is totally bull..it
