Extremely disappointed, disgusted service is pathetic

Do not deposit or play this online casino game.

They are a bunch of ******. Took me over 140hrs 29 phone calls and atleast 25 emails to get my money back.

I deposited R100 this did not reflect I tried 2 other deposits of R50, only 1 got uploaded to my profile the other did not reflect. In a 48hr period

When starting to question then about the missing R150. Stupidity set in on there side.

Call centre people have no way to transfer calls to a supervisor or anyone.

One call centre woman. Told me that it's only them in an office, they don't know of any managers, supervisors, cleaning staff or even security. I asked direct questions and was constantly told they can't answer them. Then I simply asked indirectly. Your running a ****. The only answer I got was ( I'm going to drop the call.) Seriously big questions need to be asked here.

What company doesn't have access to transfer calls, or have managers ND such .

They hide behind emails and according to some emails received, they don't have phone lines in there company . In what world do you not have a switchboard or extension lines, in a company?????

My biggest question is how did they get employed then to work for them. Makes you realIse ****ING is in play here.

1 of the ladies eventually puts me through to her supervisor. No help.there either they can only email the play.co.za team. No other way to communicate with them.

By this time I am already emailing the support email address, surprise they can't understand English when asking the were abouts of money. I had to break it down into childish and arrogant behavior for them to understand what I was wanting.

I'm asked for a bank statements to prove my payments. I sent it through and surprise they can oy find 1 payment for the R50 that went through, totally disregarding the other 2 payments that are as clear as daylight on the statement.

Now the story changes the bank statement isn't good enough. I now must send proof of purchase for each payments made. (HELLO, THE STATEMENTS DO THAT.

Digging deeper.

Now I start calling the National Gambling association and inform them of what's going on. I'm told they have never even heard of play.co.za

Whilst on the line the lady looks them up ND informs me they under the western cape gambling board. ND a statement on there site is ******* for operating. I must call the western cape Gambling board and inform them of what's going on.

Also a communication with the Online Gambling Ombudsman.

I now start including this information in the emails.

Now that i have i formed them that i have been in contact with the NGA, WCGB and OGO

Sudden a light bulb turns on they found my money that they where hiding. Money gets transferred 10 minutes after the big email stating the communication between the big companies

When asking for an apology from management, all.they can say is (on behalf of the company they representing. They apologize.

I'm now constantly getting emails to rate their service. WHAT SERVICE? I basically did their work for them.

I have deactivated my account and blocked the website, I will never play this online casino and I hope no-one else falls for there games.

Watch th8s space for an already to late apology from them.

What's done is done.. you should have apologized in the beginning and refunded after the 1st email.

Good morning Rory

I have reviewed all communication we previously had. To this day, we still haven't received a proof of payment of the payments referred to.

Please note, that a bank statement is not a proof of payment. The proof of payment would reflect a reference number we use to locate the funds.

Kind Regards
Ryan
