Dissatisfied.
Am really disappointed. I played Crazy time, placed a bet on 10 for R23 and luckily if had a top slot of 250. And it landed on 10 and it showed my win of 5750. I got excited and it showed last win. To my surprise the money was not reflecting on my balance and I thought it will in a few seconds or minute but still nothing. I tried to send a query and provided the times but agent keeps saying what was the bet ID. I don't know which one it was but I provided the info I could remember. I normally play on betway and never received such service. Payouts smooth all the time
