Can't withdraw
I withdrew previously when I won on this site and yesterday I won more. I have logged several tickets on the website because their support is NEVER available. No response from Play.co.za and withdrawal canceled, I now need to KYC verify all details. So now I have to wait till end of next week for my withdrawal. The KYC process takes 2 business days and the withdrawal 1 business day. This is also if I'm lucky. Please be aware of the terrible customer service
