BAD PRACTICE
I was sent a R100 bonus play, but could only make use of the bonus if a deposit of R50 was made, which I did. When I used the bonus play, won money with the bonus and wanted to make a withdrawal, I was not allowed to do so. I was asked to make a 1x wager to the value of my R50 deposit which I did and was still not allowed to withdraw, but was asked to deposit more funds. Their intention was never to pay my winnings as everytime I wagered R50, I was asked to deposit more funds.

Before redeeming a bonus, you would need to understand the wagering and max cap amount. These amounts is always shown with the available bonus in the T&C's.
Wagering refers to the act of placing bets and not making more deposits. If you make 10bets of R5 each, you would have wagered R50. If you make another deposit of R50, it will not count towards the current active wagering.
