Thanks for your review. We'd like to clarify that this was a no-deposit bonus, meaning you didn't have to spend or risk any of your own money to play. These promotions are provided completely free of charge and always come with specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements and a maximum withdrawal/cash-out cap.
While you were able to build your balance up to around R4,000 during gameplay, once the wagering requirement was completed, the system automatically app**** the bonus terms. With no-deposit bonuses, any winnings above the maximum cash-out limit are removed, and only the capped amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.
We understand this can be confusing if you're not fami**** with bonus rules, but the funds removed were bonus winnings that exceeded the promotion's maximum cash-out limit. The important thing to remember is that you were able to play and win using bonus funds without risking a cent of your own money.
Have a lucky Day 🍀
