product defect

<p>I bought a playboy ehooka and used it once thereafter the filter stopped working, I changed the filter twice and it still doesn't work. I emailed the supplier two weeks ago and nobody rep****. There is no customer service number to call and now im stuck with a product that doesn't work which I paid alot for.</p>
