The wrong staff

The worst possible place to take your kids. I mean sure they’ll enjoy it, but the staff are some of the most disrespectful, inattentive children you guys could possibly employ. I was so paranoid the entire session, even when asking one of the staff if I could go and grab something to eat upstairs while they look after my son and his cousin, they were left alone almost immediately. Let’s just say there was a ‘certain’ category of kids that were prioritised to a huge extent. Then there’s the restaurant staff, not a single smile on their faces nor a welcoming presence whatsoever. Overall, not worth it.
