RUDE manager/owner with Pathetic customer service

1 of the staff members at this establishment singled me out and only after I brought it up with a so called manager did they start enforcing the same rule to the rest of the parents. After trying to get a band for my sister the girl at the cashiers stand told me she doesnt need it to play as we are wearing socks I expressed my frustration on the confusion and being singled out and the owner or manager whoever is had the audacity to shout at me and not understand what the actual reason was for my frustration. This place has no customer service and the manager or owner yelled at me infront of other customers and tapped me on my shoulder when I asked him not to touch me. Insisted that I was not being logical. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. I will never take my daughter there to play at this dump again. You people have no business running a place of entertainment when you have no customer service skills. The manager or owner speaks down to people and does not give a **** as long as he is making money. He had the audacity to ask his staff in front of other customers if I paid for something when I did. I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted my daughter playing there and he yelled 'did she pay did she pay?' I paid you fool I am a paying customer in your dump of an establishment. The staff is inconsistent as well. 1 person says 1 thing the other says another. Your place is a dump.
