Playa Bets - First Time Deposit R49 (did not meet the R50)

I deposited a R49.00 as my first deposit (due to banking fees) and only starting with R50 I was unable to deposit the full R50.00 I was denied a first time deposit bonus as I did not meet the requirements.

I fully understand that the requirements says R50.00 but after explaining my issue to their agent (Nicolette) she was not willing to hear anything, kept on saying that I didn't meet requirements, no reasoning whatsoever and if a company this big is going to deny a new customer a bonus because of a R1.00 I will take my service elsewhere and also all the people I referred to not use the service.

What happened to being there to assist the customer?
