Not paying out withdrawals

I have had a horrible experience with Playa Bets. They have locked up my entire account claiming that I need to adhere to the deposit bonus before I can withdraw. Even though I'm trying to withdraw money that was deposited after the first bonus and has no relation to it.

Playa bets claim that if you deposit R1,000 and get the first deposit bonus, and later you deposit R99,000 which has no relation to the first deposit bonus, Your entire bankroll of R100,000 will be locked up until you meet the bonus TCs.

I have tried to resolve this internally with Playa bets but have experienced their support staff to be very ******** and after a while, they just started ignoring me. I have gone ahead and filed an official complaint with the western cape gambling board.
