Not honest with their promotions

Yesterday I deposited R100 into my playabets account.

They have a live chat which they never answer they have a Whatsapp number, they have an email address, but no one responds. I sent several messages yesterday with my query, only this morning did I finally receive a response.

As you can see in my message above which I received from them via sms, where they promise you 75 free spins, I only received 20.

Their customer service skills stink to high heavens and they are not completely honest they try and lure you in with these messages but do not give you what you have paid for and what you were promised.

I will never recommend this company to anyone that wants to use their site
