On the 24th of December Playabets had a promotion for 15% deposit refund for all holidays. On the 25th and 26th of December I made some deposits. When trying to claim my deposit on the 26th via the chat service a person by the name of Roman told me via chatting that the promotion is applicable for boxing day only and not "all"public holidays as the promotion clearly said. I informed him that the wording says all public holiday and therefore it is misleading. A few minutes later after this they changed wording to say "Boxing Day" 15% deposit bonus. To me this is very ************ tantamount to **********,to taking money on false pretense from customers and later changing the rules when Playabets has to meet its end of the bargain..
