Contracted Play Ventures to install a jungle gym - accepted date 5 December 2015<br> Payed deposit of 60%, queried if they can install in a yard that is paved in concrete. Stated they could but extra charge for jack hammer.<br> Asked Jan to come take a look as he was asking questions about how thick concrete was, wasnt sure.<br> Didn't come to house, didn't phone - sent email asking him where he was, got told he was busy, but would see how it went when they came to install.<br> I had at this point provided my address over the phone to him as he was supposed to come and view the area to install in.<br> No contact until the morning of install with a message:\provide address to install"received at 9:15am.<br> Since no confirmation the day before"
