Unprofessional poor service

Very disappointed with the service. It took a month to get a response on several whatsapps and emailed quote requests. Once we finally accepted the quote and placed an order, the price suddenly nearly doubled with delivery and installation costs. They also dont guarantee their products if you install yourself. I have phoned and left several messages for Linda to discuss alternative options without any success.
