Withdraw problems

I registered yesterday, did not accept any bonusses, I deposited money into the casino account, Played and won. Now I want to withdraw and it gives me a limit. Cannot chat to anyone online. Have logged a ticket but no response as yet. Just want some clarity of how this works why cant I withdraw my winnings. FICA has been done
