Play-It: Do not trust this store with repairs. Do not give them money.

I took my phone in to get a cracked screen repaired. The screen was still working, but I was trying to prevent future trouble. The first time the phone was in it took 2 hours, which was fine. Then I realised the new screen doesn't work, regardless of all the recalibrations I did. I took it back a second time and they had it for 24 hours (I was promised 2 hours). Still didn't work. The next time my phone was in for a week, and when I got it back, not only did the screen still not work properly, but my fingerprint recognition feature had disappeared from the phone completely. When finally having a neutral conversation with one of the workers, he threatened to put down the phone in my ear if I "don't calm down". Horrible communication throughout the entire ordeal from their side. Then finally, when the owner sent me an email, he would only reimburse me for a section of what I paid, even though I still need to get repairs done on the screen and get the fingerprint recognition working again. After I rep**** that I would still be losing out since I had to spend even more money to fix their mistake, I didn't hear from him again. Do not use this business. They do not have your best interest at heart, even in terms of the simplest of things such as replacing a screen.
