Voucher problem, do not advertise if it is not true

Today was my first time going to Plato ever. When I showed my voucher the lady said it is not valid anymore. It ended in June. But the voucher shows expiry date is 19/08/2025. It was embarrassing to me as well. This was this morning 03/07/2025 in Tzaneen branch.
