No customer service from Plato

I bought a choc chip cookie from Watermeyer Plato. More than two weeks old. It is hard. I complained to the barista, who apologized and said I should email Plato my complaint. The cookie is not cheap. NO reply from them. Does Plato not have an expiry date on their cookies? 🍪 is their customer service email dysfunctional? Better to look elsewhere for coffee where they value their customers.
