Wonderful Service, Highly Recommend!

From the first online chat I felt I was in good hands, they helped me with my uninsured, smashed ipad 7 when apple and other repair companies would not. I was kept constantly in the loop and repair was done lightning fast, with collection and delivery so I didn't have to drive around. I am really impressed with their care and attention to detail, and the repair was done wonderfully, my ipad is brand new again! It's insured now but if I ever need to repair an insured device I will still go with Platinum Repairs.
