People are quick to complain but very seldom do we take the time to give praise. Platinum Repairs were thorough and efficient with replacing my phone's back glass and battery (and possibly FaceID sensor, I'm not sure). They were appointed via Naked Insurance and timeously kept me informed of every step in the process. From the Zoom call assessment with Marcel to all the comms from Janine and team, it was a pleasure to deal with Platinum Repairs.
