This business is a ****. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

This business is a ****. Their service is terrible and their repairs are a botch job with **** parts. I had my phone screen replaced by them through Discovery, they replaced the back screen with a piece of **** glass that was too big for the phone. They then replaced the glass but broke the fingerprint sensor. They also never replaced the camera bump glass even though it was part of the repair job. I was told that they would come back and make good on my phone. 3 days later I get a call from Discovery saying that the phone has been rendered irreparable and that they are giving me a new phone. So basically saying that they broke the phone to the point that I needed a new one. 2 months later I get a call from someone saying that they need to come and remove the glass off the phone because it belongs to them. (***??) I asked if they were going to give me my glass back and their reply was that they are going to take my phone and selvage it. (????) This is still my phone, why on earth do they think they have the right to claim it and selvage it. They broke it to the point of it being "irreparable" after all. Sounds like a perfect ****. Claim to fix devices, break them "beyond repair", sell insurance a new model, reclaim the old "broken" phone, and salvage it for parts. Win - Win - Win.
