Terrible customer service

I contacted them with an urgent request to fix my phone. I begged them to fix it same day, they said they would get back to me. They didn't. I had to keep phoning to follow up. They weren't able to help me on the same day, but two of their staff members said they would be able to help me the next day. At 9:30 the next day I called to confirm what time someone would come to my office, they told me someone was booked for 8. They would call me back to check what happened to him. They didn't call me back. I had to keep calling to follow up only to be told that no one could assist me now, only the following day! Wonderful! Well done on going out of your way to assist a customer with an urgent request!
