Superb service

I logged a call through Outsurance for repairs to my cellphone screen. Outsurance directed me to Platinum Repairs to carry out the repair. They were in contact with me immediately for further information and thereafter to arrange for a technician to come out to me to assess the damage and if possible, repair my phone on site. Kagiso arranged for 12h00 the same day. He arrived early (which pleased me). Kagiso was super sweet and professional. In just barely over an hour my phone was repaired and he was on his way. From the time my claim was logged with Outsurance until the repair was finalised was all done in half a day and professionally and in the comfort of my own home. What more could i ask for......
