Some companies are just meant to exist!!

i damaged my phone a few days ago and outsurance sent all data to Platinum Repairs. Platinum Repairs immediately arranged for collection of phone and for inspection by technician, they also ordered the parts for the phone. they then notified me and the outsurance person that the phone can not be repaired and a new phone was requested. i did not do a back up of the phone before it went for damage evaluation. Platinum Repairs were willing to see if they can exchange spare parts with another phone just to send my damaged phone back to me to do a back up to load on my new phone - the phone was originally evaluated saying the unit will not switch on due to the damage. i am so super impressed by their assistance, performance, feedback and general professional service!
