**** Service from Platinum Repairs

Absolute **** service. I cannot believe that they are recommended by Outsurance. I have never had such poor service. My phone is an essential business tool, and I have been without it for 3 weeks now. On the 3rd March 2021 I received an email from Platinum Repairs that the repairs has been authorised. To date not a single email or communication from them as the when my phone will be repaired. Really appalling service I wish there was a 0 rating, as 1 is too high for them.
