****MERS. The first time i took my iphone SE to get the screen repaired the phone came back with the charging point missing external ring that holds the charger in place, now, a month back i was told by my insurance to take the phone ther for repairs of which i was not happy about based on experience, now my iphone 14 pro max fell in water and when i took it out, the camera was foggy and water dripping form the sides of the screen, now my phone is flashing and screen is going on and off, i mean why not waterproff it to start off with. This is frustratrating.

If the tickets were perhaps under a different name, please provide a contact/ticket number. Platinum Repairs offers a variety of warranty options, including a lifetime warranty, on parts replaced and workmanship. This does however exclude new physical, liquid or surge damage. We fully understand your frustration regarding the new incident. Waterproof seals are fitted during repair but no device is ever completely water-resistant. Apple does not cover liquid damage under their warranty either.
