I have to comment on the excellent service I got after my Samsung Galaxy' s front and back screen got damaged in an accident. After registering a claim with Outsurance they phoned me barely half an hour later and send a technician out the same day to my house for an assessment. The damage report was forwarded to Outsurance and and repairs were done the next day at my house. Today I contacted them again for repairs to my husband's phone after he dropped his phone and shattered the screen. They technician again came to my house and fixed the phone on the spot. Right through the process I was kept abreast of what was happening through numerous emails. I have to commend Andre, Emmanuel and a specially Nick that came on his way home to fix my phones. He went the extra step to ensure that we were completely happy before he left. Absolutely highly recommended. The best service I have received in years.
