Rare to receive such amazing customer service

<p>I'm stuck at home recovering for 3 months after an operation and with a stroke of bad luck I dropped my phone and cracked the screen badly. A friend told me about Platinum repairs and they came to my house to fix my phone. What we didn't realise then is that the actual case/housing of the phone was bent putting pressure on the new screen and occassionally, randomly pressing buttons.</p> <p>I called Platinum repairs to tell them that my phone was still not working 100% and they came out 2 hours later - bent my phone straight and installed a new original screen AT NO COST :-)</p> <p>No paper work, no questions, just a positive attitude. I will definately ask this company for help in future.</p>
