Platinum repairs or should I say rusty repairs
After putting in a claim for my cell phone screen via outsurance and having said claim approved, my phone was collected on the 10th December. Today is the 21st December and neither outsurance or platinum repairs can tell me what is going on with phone. I am now done. Lucian at platinum repairs is never available, the receptionist is super slow and they can shove the excess up there bum

I have stated to both the receptionist and Lucan on a miss call due to him never answering calls that i am personally giving platinum repairs 24 hours to repair the phone sent in or o will personally go to the store in woodmead and sort the situation out myself.. so please if you can contact me .
