Platinum Repairs is Useless

I sent my damaged phone for repairs and within a few days it started flickering couldn’t click it and sometimes it would freeze and a few weeks later my phone incurred ink and I returned it back to Platinum repairs and they are refusing to take accountability that they never fixed my iPhone properly in the first place.
