Platinum Repairs is a ****

I honestly don't understand why insurances uses such an *********** company, I took my phone in for a cracked screen and back cover,2 weeks after they fixed it, my iPhone suddenly rejected the battery that was inside stating that it was not genuine. I called to find out what happened and they took my phone back in for an assessment which by the way took an entire week before getting back to me, NOW they told the insurance that my phone has a new damage!! How is an incompatible battery a damage!!! In my view someone replaced my battery with an incompatible battery and Platinum Repairs will not take any responsibility for it!
