Platinum Repairs for President!!!

WOW! I forgot what great customer service is until I met these guys. Booked my cellphone repairs through my insurer (Outsurance - kudos to you guys too!) with them 21h00 on a Monday evening. My cellphone screen was replaced by 15h00 the very next day at my office! Exceptionally friendly technician, thank you Mr T! Very good communication from beginning to end. Even got a phone call a few weeks later just to check if I am still happy with the work done. My word, these guys should run our country! Can you imagine! Well done guys!! Well done!!
