Platinum Repairs

My Short term insurance is Momentum and i had a claim Platinum Repairs send a quotation to Momentum to repair my Desk Top Computer but after 3 times that they worked on it my computer are still not 100% repaired.I'm contact Momentum and still waiting for an answer what they will do.I'm not a very happy customer of Platinum Repairs.I did send emails to both and to my Broker but without any luck.The repairs came from about 2 months now.
