Platimum Repairs Rivonia, Johannesburg

Wow is all I can say about Platimum Repairs, Rivonia Store in Johannesburg. A few years ago I was introduced to them through an insurance claim I had for a cracked screen and got the most amazing service when helped by Celeste. She went more than the extra mile and helped me long after the insurance company had given up on my claim. Recently my son returned from overseas with a crack on his Mac book pro screen and was told by We Fix here in Cape Town that it would cost him between R14 and R16000 to repair but they had to get parts from Johannesburg which could take up to 7 days if they were available and he was warned that there was no way to tell how long they would have the computer. I suggested my son get hold of Platimum Repairs and, last Friday, after a short conversation and a quote of R110000 they promised to send a courier. Said courier arrived after only 30 minutes promising that the computer would be delivered in Johannesburg by 11am on Monday. Today is Thursday and the computer arrived back this morning at 8am and has been repaired to my sons satisfaction. We are all extremely impressed with the service and cannot praise Celeste and her colleagues enough. This whole week they have been in touch giving us feedback on their progress even though we could have checked the progress on their website. I give them all a big thumbs up and hope they go from strength to strength and would certainly recommend them highly to anyone who needs to have a device repaired.
