phone repairs take weeks, not days
Repairs are taking forever - almost 2 weeks now. I'm stuck as it is an insurance repair but don't take a phone here if you need it on a daily basis

If parts are not on-hand then they are imported from overseas which unfortunately does carry a lead-time even though we use an express courier service. I see that dispatch of your device has been arranged and, should all go as planned, you will receive it tomorrow. We will take this matter up with the relevant branch and departments to see where we can step up our game.
