PATHETIC SERVICE!

Firstly, Janine is a very disrespectful representative of Platinum Repairs Secondly and apparently they get their Samsung Original Parts from the Netherlands and offer you a lifetime guarantee on their Repairs but ITS A BUNCH OF HORSE****!!!! One things for sure, to get a promising Service Provider in S.A is becoming unbearable by the minute and I have to keep asking myself: WHY ARE COMPANIES LIKE THIS STILL OPENED, how does one QC pass a repaired phone and then it doesn't function correctly in the hands of the client? It's like a tennis game out here, the client keeps losing continuously cause of service providers like Platinum Repairs, honestly I'd never recommend Platinum Repairs to any soul out there if you dependant on your device business wise, if you want a mickey mouse kinda customer service then no stress, when u get your phone back from Platinum Repairs u can play games with it and throw it under a bus along with their service, also their receptionist Palesa should be fired, she is so scared to pass out numbers which already tells u that she's been covering up for her colleague's cause she knows the service is below standards!
