No contact and no requested information recived in a month!

I made an inquiry for repairs on possible future availability to the google pixel 8 pro as there are repairs offered for the google pixel 7 pro. My inquiry also requested a quotation on repairs of Power/Battery, Screen/Display, Audio and Liquid Damage with no response or acknowledgment of my inquiry which was made 22 days ago. Furthermore I attempted to contact the company with the same inquiry on the WhatsApp number which was just met with responses from a bot with minimal info and promise of sending the inquiry to the sales team with no followup whatsoever! I am disappointed and frustrated at the lack of service and lack of contact for such a reputable company.
