Lost all my data, broke my phone, disaster!

I wish I could give 0 stars for the awful service I received! Insurance sent my phone here with a cracked screen. They had a look and said they'd fix it in a day. A week and a half later my phone is deemed irreparable. I finally got the broken phone back to access important data only to find my phone has been wiped clean and factory reset! I have lost everything. It could not have been a worse experience or more *********** service.
